Mary started ACM with a love of food, design, and people. Her commitment to creativity and style in every aspect of her events have some espousing that Mary will undoubtedly “move heaven and earth to make a fantasy become reality.”

ACM has had the pleasure of serving Presidents and Hollywood’s elite at countless galas, fundraisers, and premieres as well as their own intimate private events.

While every aspect of an event is of the utmost importance, Mary and the ACM team are “chefs at heart”. Mary’s first love is food, and she has surrounded herself with a team who are just as passionate about the culinary arts. Mary and her chefs have not only been in “the know” on every food trend, but have been the trendsetters themselves. The Hollywood Reporter has referred to Mary as “The Epicurean Steven Spielberg.”
